Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of dinexspace.com and the products and services offered under the trade name DinexSpace ("DinexSpace", "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order or using our software, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we provide
DinexSpace is a trading automation studio. We provide software tools: Expert Advisors (EAs) for MetaTrader 5, TradingView (Pine) indicators, strategy validation reports and custom development. We do not hold client funds, manage trading accounts, execute trades on your behalf or provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
2. Your responsibilities
You choose your broker, account, capital, leverage and risk settings. You are responsible for your trading account, for running the software on a stable computer or VPS, and for complying with the laws of your country and your broker's terms. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Accounts
Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, license sharing or attempts to break license protection.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are shown on the Services & Pricing page and are read from our price list at the time of order. For orders offered at checkout, payment is made in USDT on the networks shown there. An order is confirmed when the payment is received on-chain in the full amount. Network fees are paid by you.
Ready-made EA rental: 12 USDT per EA per month (launch price).
Ready-made EA perpetual license: 299 USD per EA, one account, non-exclusive.
Custom rental path: validation 49 USDT.
Bot build 99 USDT only if validation passes.
The custom rental license is 12 USDT per month.
Custom buy-out validation: 300 USD.
Pine indicator: 500 USD.
Single-strategy EA: 1,200 USD.
Multi-strategy system: from 4,000 USD, quoted individually.
5. Custom work
Custom development follows the process described on the Services & Pricing and Quality pages: validation first, development only if the idea passes our quality gates, then acceptance. The rules you approve in writing before development are the specification of the work.
6. Licenses
Use of our software is governed by the License Terms.
7. Results and risk

8. Intellectual property
Software, reports, text and design on this site belong to DinexSpace unless stated otherwise. Ideas and rules you submit remain yours; you grant us the right to use them to perform the work you ordered. We do not publish your strategy without your permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DinexSpace is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, broker or platform failures, internet or power outages, or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
