License Terms
Effective date: 13 October 2026
1. Grant
When you rent or buy an EA or indicator, DinexSpace grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it, under these terms. Every license is non-exclusive: we may license the same product to other clients. We do not offer exclusive licenses.
2. One license, one account
Each license is bound to one EA on one MetaTrader account number. Using the software on another account requires another license. Changing the bound account is possible on request, at most once per license period, if the old account stops using it.
3. Rental license
Ready-made EA rental is 12 USDT per EA per month at the launch price.
Valid for the period paid (for example one month). When the rental expires, the license is switched off and the EA stops. Positions still open are no longer managed by the EA. We notify you before expiry; please renew or close positions in time. Warning: for EAs that use a virtual stop-loss (calculated and closed by the EA itself), positions that are still open when the license expires no longer have any loss limit. Close or protect them before expiry.
4. Perpetual license
A one-time purchase of a ready-made EA, valid without expiry for one account. It includes the version available at purchase; later updates are provided when available, at our discretion.
The perpetual license is 299 USD per EA.
5. Custom work
Custom EAs or indicators built for you are delivered under the license type you ordered. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the license is non-exclusive and source code is not included.
6. Restrictions
You may not resell, sublicense, share or publish the software or license keys; decompile, reverse-engineer or remove license protection; or use the software to offer signals or account-management services to others without our written permission.
7. Termination
We may revoke a license that is used in breach of these terms, without refund.
8. No warranty of results
The software is provided as is. We fix defects where the software does not follow the rules approved for it; we do not guarantee any trading result.
