Validation fee
Validation fee 49 USDT. If the idea fails, we stop — you don't pay for the bot.
The validation fee pays for testing your idea and preparing the validation report. It is non-refundable, including when the idea does not pass the quality gates — a "did not pass" report is a result: it shows where and why the idea fails before you spend money building it.
Bot build fee
The 99 USDT bot build fee is charged only if the idea passes validation; it is not charged if the idea fails.
Bots that do not follow the approved rules
If a bot we built does not follow the rules you approved before development, we fix it free of charge. Please report the issue with the account number, time and trade details.
Trading losses
We do not refund because of trading losses or results that differ from backtests or expectations.
Rental and perpetual licenses
If you cannot activate a license because of a problem on our side and we cannot resolve it within 7 days of your report, we refund the license payment for the unused period. Otherwise license payments are non-refundable after the license key is issued.
How to request
Contact us with your order code. Refunds are paid in USDT to a wallet address you provide, minus network fees.
