Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, password hash, and login method (email code or Google sign-in).
• Service data: the MetaTrader account number and server you register for a license; the strategy details you submit in a custom request; support messages.
• Payment data: order details, the payment amount, network and blockchain transaction ID. We do not collect card or bank details.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for security and rate limiting.
• Attribution data: the referral code and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) of the link that first brought you to the site.

Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary storage for login sessions and language choice, and first-party storage for referral and campaign attribution (up to 90 days). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, to count page views.

How we use data

To provide and license the software, process orders, deliver custom work, answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand which channels bring visitors. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

With service providers needed to run the site (hosting and network delivery via Cloudflare, email delivery via Google), with the referral partner who introduced you (limited to what is needed for support, and contact details only with your consent), and when required by law.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and license records are kept as long as needed for accounting and license verification.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. Some records (orders, licenses) may need to be kept for accounting or security.
